Well, several of my friends seem to have been trying their hand at double-dactyls recently, so I thought I'd give it a go too. I think this choice of topic is appropriate enough for me…

This was one of the bits of Phantom Menace which everybody complained about: Anakin didn't have a father at all, but was conceived immaculately by means of the intervention of the Midichlorians (the other bit everybody complained about). I imagine at least some Christians thought that was blasphemous; everyone else (probably including at least some Christians!) thought it was unnecessary, tacky, and had been done before and better in the Bible.
