At least it sounds as though it should be pretty simple insurance-wise. Since it's a collision with a stationary vehicle, the other person's insurance company is liable to simply treat it as "not worth fighting over - we're paying", so it ought to get sorted out quite quickly. (They seem to share a pretty fixed set of rules for these things - not entirely surprising, since lawyers cost more money than most claims.)
