Fortunately, trousers have a tendency (unless your dress sense has changed since I last saw you :) to remain flexible even when the knee inside is damaged...

Get well soon -- I hope it's behaving itself better tomorrow. Knees are odd things; they sometimes appear spontaneously to go on strike, I find. Generally they do seem mostly to start working again equally unilaterally, though, which is a Good Thing. *hug*
