Excellently, thank you. I made one or two minor errors (slightly soggy stuffing and slightly overcooked veg), but nothing that seriously impacted our enjoyment of the meal, and nothing I won't know how to put right next time. And this time it was definitely me in charge of the kitchen, doing the planning and thinking and so forth, so I'm now a lot more confident that I can do the same again some other time. I hope to cook roast dinners for plenty of people in the coming year :-)
