| Hmm, interesting question. I think the answer is that there are advantages to staying where they are that offset the risk; but I'm not sure precisely what those advantages actually are. Valuable resources, perhaps. I'll have to give that some thought. It's definitely unthinkable to them that they should give up and go somewhere else, but I'm uncertain of why. Hmmm. |
