I was woken at 8am by the postie knocking on the door. Went back to bed, but 'twas no use; the engine has caught, as it were, though running lumpily, and I'm now in a twilight world where I'm sleepy, want to sleep but am not sufficiently sleepy for it to happen (am I conflating sleepy and tired here?)
