The CWN article isn't quite the same as the CEN one. I think there've been more incidents since then which is why the CEN was reporting again, and it did refer to an earlier article. The paragraph in the CWN is more obviously you though :-)
I think they're sister papers, and the CWN often runs things which appeared in the CEN earlier in the week. |
