Ow. Owowow. My legs are collapsing.

I think Sunday's unaccustomed exercise on the PlayStation dance mats must have done them more damage than I'd previously thought; yesterday they were fine if a little painful, but today my calf muscles seem to have become really stiff and I'm seriously wondering whether I'll be able to walk to Tesco and back at lunchtime.

This is particularly irritating since I was planning to get to the fireworks on Midsummer Common this evening by means of a half-hour walk along the river from my place, and now I'm not convinced that's feasible. But I missed the fireworks last year and by all the gods I can think of I do not intend to miss them again this year or I shall be really annoyed...
