"Specialist team?" I can't work out whether that's a laughable title-bump, or it really is a crack team of specialists... I have visions of it being either a blindingly brilliant team of accountants, who can dazzle with numbers and transfers, or a team of 'can do' guys, who Get Stuff Done (even though some of them are a little crazy).
I suspect the disappointing reality is you're going to get a call from Margaret from a call center in Woking, who mispronounces your name...
