I think I've had the No Entry problem as well, now you mention it.

Someone on Mono mentioned a similar case, involving "PUSH" being written on one side of a glass door. He fails to notice that it's written backwards from his point of view, and so pushes rather than pulling. I don't think I can remember that happening to me, but perhaps I just haven't seen any such door.
