FWIW it worked well for me to configure this one (http://www.kensington.com/html/2200.html) as,
Option  "Device"        "/dev/input/mice"
Option  "Protocol"      "Auto"
Option  "Buttons"       "6"
Option  "ZAxisMapping"  "4 5"
